We were one of the first agents locally to adopt the use of floorplans and professional photography to further promote our advertising . We still offer this service today, free of charge. We also make extensive use of the featured property facility on rightmove. The end result being that we find good tenants very quickly.
Property Maintenance: Through our back office we handle maintenance requests with the help of a network of trusted tradespeople and contractors. There is also a dedicated telephone number for out of hours emergencies. We continue to carry out inspections on a quarterly basis.
Rent Collection: We manage rent collection on behalf of the landlord, ensuring that rent is paid on time and following up on late payments if necessary. We create a useful barrier between the landlord and tenant.
